Belinda brings over a decade flying Boeing jets at Qantas, five years training pilots at Virgin. She has taught pilots, run assessments, and worked across safety critical and corporate environments, giving her a unique lens on how human performance shapes business outcomes.
Belinda continues a family legacy in aviation safety. Her father was instrumental in introducing Non-Technical Skills (NTS) training to Australia at Ansett Airlines, pioneering the human factors approach that revolutionized cockpit safety.
